Position: GenAI Trainer
Experience: Minimum 7+ years overall, including at least 6 months as a GenAI Trainer
Location: Remote, Preferred Locations Ahmedabad, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Chennai , Hyderabad.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled GenAI Trainer to lead training sessions and support our clients. The ideal candidate will need to have a foundation in artificial intelligence and a passion for teaching cutting-edge AI technology, focusing on generative AI models like ChatGPT, DALL-E, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on generative AI concepts, models, and applications tailored to various audiences, including developers, data scientists, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate interactive workshops, hands-on labs, and demonstrations to reinforce learning and practical application of GenAI solutions.
• Customize training materials and delivery based on audience background, understanding level, and desired outcomes.

Content Development

• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises related to Generative AI tools, frameworks, and applications.

Knowledge Assessment

• Develop and administer assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and proficiency in generative AI concepts. Provide feedback, coaching, and support to trainees to help them achieve desired competency levels.

Collaboration and Reporting

• Report on training outcomes, feedback, and participant performance to management, suggesting improvements and adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 4+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience as a GenAI Trainer or in a similar role.
• Experience with generative AI models such as GPT-4, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, etc., is required.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, and deep learning techniques.
• Basic coding knowledge in Python or R is preferred.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability, patience, and a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge.
