Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions, including Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Onboarding, and Exit Processes. This role is critical in ensuring the organization attracts top talent, fosters a positive work environment, and facilitates smooth transitions for employees joining or leaving the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further rounds with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.

2. Employee Engagement

  • Plan, implement, and monitor employee engagement activities, including team-building events, workshops, and recognition programs.
  • Gather feedback through surveys and one-on-one sessions to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Serve as a point of contact for resolving employee concerns and fostering open communication.

3. Onboarding

  • Organize and manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and introductions to company policies and teams.
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding kits, ensuring new employees have the necessary resources and tools.
  • Collaborate with IT, admin, and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Conduct follow-up sessions with new employees to address queries and ensure a positive transition into the organization.

4. Exit Process

  • Manage the end-to-end exit process, including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and documentation.
  • Gather insights during exit interviews to identify areas for organizational improvement.
  • Coordinate with payroll and administration for final settlements and relieving letters.
  • Ensure smooth and respectful transitions for departing employees.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and exit processes.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
