Horticulturist

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations (OSHA, ISO) and conduct safety inspections.
• Develop and implement SOPs, quality standards, and monitor KPIs.
• Manage recruitment, training, performance, and motivation of horticulture teams.
• Oversee service budgets, inventory, and lifecycle management of tools and equipment.
• Ensure high horticultural standards and actively engage in daily operations.
• Plan and coordinate resource allocation, staff training, and workflow.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in horticulture for large buildings or similar settings.
• Knowledge of EHS compliance, quality control, and contractor safety.
• Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
• Expertise in horticultural tools, chemicals, and plant care.
