Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• General administration related work.
• To provide administrative support system for various activities.
• Preparation of various types of reports, Tender documents and other related works.
• To support and facilitate all works including drafting of notes/letters etc.
• Coordinating with various departments for general administration activities.
• Collating and compilation of data.
• Supervising and monitoring of various indoor/outdoor estate & maintenance related works throughout the campus on regular basis.
• Any other jobs as assigned by the Competent Authority from time to time.

Academic Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university / institute. Candidates with Post graduation will be preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in general administration in an educational institute or similar organization. Similar work experience in a management institute will be preferred.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (specially Power point, Word, Access and Excel etc.).
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, Hindi and Bengali.
