Pantry cum Office Boy

Job Description:

• Monitor and maintain housekeeping activities in office/conference rooms.
• Ensure that pantry items are stocked and available.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and snacks to staff, guests, and visitors.
• Handle inventory and purchase requisitions for pantry items and office supplies.
• Ensure conference/meeting rooms are clean and well-stocked with necessary materials.
• Clean up after serving (cups, plates, etc.).
• Maintain pantry equipment and ensure they are in good condition.
• Ensure drinking water is available.
• Record data on pantry items, water dispensers, and stationery.
• Assist with Xerox/printing tasks and keep the printer updated with paper.
• Visit the market for office-related work.
• Support administrative activities when needed.
• Maintain grooming standards, including uniform and hygiene.

Minimum Qualification:

• Inter Pass (minimum education)

Minimum Experience: 2 years
