Technical Manager

This position requires relocation to Valsad, Gujarat. Accommodation & food will be provided."

Role & responsibilities

• Utility & Maintenance: Oversee maintenance of Substation, DG, Transformer, Chiller, UPS, PAC, VRV, water plant, AHU, Exhaust & ventilation system, Lift, Switchgear (ACB, VCB, MCCB, RCCB, RCB, Capacitor bank), Fire Safety (FAS), STP, WTP operations.
• Civil Work & Infrastructure: Supervise building maintenance, plumbing, drainage, roofing, flooring, waterproofing, landscaping, and roadways.
• Vendor Management: Ensure PPM adherence, coordination for pending works, and service report verification.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including CAPEX & OPEX tracking.
• Safety & Compliance: Implement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Energy & Cost Optimization: Develop strategies to reduce energy consumption and monitor utilities costs.
• Budgeting: Plan and manage budgets for operations and utilities.
• Inspections & Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections for maintenance and cleanliness.
• Project Management: Oversee renovations, expansions, and relocations.
• Policy Implementation: Assist in developing SOPs to mitigate risks and maintain a safe environment.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate electricians and maintenance staff.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facility Management.
• 10+ years of experience in utility & maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of switchgear, firefighting systems, STP/WTP operations, and safety compliance.
• Experience in vendor management and preventive maintenance planning.
• Excellent problem-solving and team management skills.
