A. Manager

Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 12 years of experience in similar field inanoperational24/7missioncritical environment, or Diploma holder in the same disciplinewithatleast15 years of experience.

1. Purpose of Role

• To ensure the smooth functioning of all system as per prescribed in SLA.
• Proper Co-ordination with AGIAL and another Stakeholder.
• Accountable for all works and personnel

2. Responsibilities:

• Proper functions of Power Systems
• ResponsibleforplanningandSupervisingofMaintenanceandtroubleshootingwork
• Manpower Deployment& Development
• Material Management
• Implementing Energy Saving Measures
• Preparation and Circulation of Mom
• Preparation of Contingency Plan
• Attendance and Leave Management
• Improvement works

3. Key Deliverables:

• Smooth Functioning of O&M Team
• Performing Maintenance as per Schedule
• Availability of System and Equipment

4. Competent Purpose of Role:

To ensure the smooth functioning of all system and equipment

5. Responsibilities

• Preparation of Reports
• Supervisions of Operation
• Problemdiagnosistoidentifyfault,RootCauseAnalysisandRectificationofdefectsonPriority
• Monitoringof5Sinassignedworkarea
• Walk through in the work area
• Power/Fuel Consumption Report
• Report of PM Schedule and Performed
• Suggest Energy Saving Measures

• Manpower Deployment

• Zero Faults
• Minimal downloading

• Technical Knowledge of Equipment tools, System, Standards and codes.
• Process, standards and procedures to be followed

• Understand of panel schematic drawing and protection system.

• O&M Procedure of Critical Equipment of System
• Knowledge in inspecting the electrical equipment including DG Sets.
• Monitoring the parameters and tracking the trips and alarms in the system during the shift
• Initial troubleshooting in case of any alarm, tripping, abnormality
