We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Mobilizer to identify, engage, and enroll potential beneficiaries for our training programs. The role involves community outreach and requires excellent communication and networking skills.

Position Title: Student Mobilizer - Skill Development Center

Job Location and Number of Vacancies: Pune (2) , Ahmedabad (2), Goa (1)

Key Responsibilities:

Community Outreach

• Visit community areas, schools, colleges, NGOs, and other organizations to identify and engage potential students.
• Conduct awareness sessions to inform youth and their families about skill development opportunities.

Achieve Mobilization Targets

• Develop and execute mobilization strategies to meet enrollment targets for the skill development center.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of interested candidates through regular follow-ups and engagement.

Relationship Building

• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, school and college administrators, NGOs, and other stakeholders to facilitate student referrals.
• Serve as a point of contact for addressing inquiries and providing information about courses and benefits.

Event Coordination

• Organize and participate in community events, career fairs, and awareness drives to promote the skill development programs.
• Collaborate with the center team to ensure successful event execution and maximize participation.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and student enrollments.
• Provide regular updates on mobilization progress and challenges to the center manager.

Support Services

• Assist enrolled students with the registration process and address any concerns during mobilization

Desired Candidate Profile:

A dynamic and results-driven professional to lead the marketing activities of our Skill Development Center. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of leadership skills, networking skills, marketing expertise, and a passion for empowering young individuals through education and skill-building initiatives.

Educational Background: Any Graduate or Preferably Post Graduate (Preferably in Social Work, Marketing, or related fields)

Experience:

• 1 to 6 years of experience in community outreach, sales, or mobilization roles.
• Prior experience in skill development or education sectors is an advantage.

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to connect with diverse groups, including youth, parents, and community stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in local language(s) is preferred.
