Key Responsibilities:

• Link Building Strategy Execution:
  Implement and execute link-building strategies that align with the broader SEO goals. Focus on acquiring quality backlinks from reputable websites across different industries.
• Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of link-building techniques, and search engine algorithms (Google, Bing, etc.). Familiarity with the importance of anchor text, link diversity, and relevance in back linking. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Outreach Campaigns:
  Conduct targeted outreach to webmasters, bloggers, influencers, and industry publications to secure backlinks. Develop personalized and compelling email outreach templates to increase the success rate.
• Identify Link Opportunities:
  Research and identify high-quality link-building opportunities through competitor backlink analysis, industry research, and strategic outreach.
• Content Collaboration:
  Work closely with the content team to create linkable content (e.g., guest posts, infographics, case studies, resource pages) that encourages external websites to link back to your content.
• Monitor Link Performance:
  Regularly track and report on the performance of backlinks, ensuring they are live and providing value. Use SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console to monitor the effectiveness of link-building efforts.
• Maintain Relationships:
  Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners, bloggers, webmasters, and influencers to secure ongoing link opportunities.
• SEO Compliance:
  Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, Googles algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure all link-building strategies are compliant with search engine guidelines.
• Competitive Analysis:
  Conduct regular backlink audits of competitor websites to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Skills & Experience:

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate or Post Graduate)
• Proven Experience:
  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in link building or SEO. Experience with outreach campaigns, acquiring backlinks, and understanding link-building metrics is highly valued.
• SEO Knowledge:
  Understanding of off-page SEO, link-building best practices, and search engine algorithms (especially Google’s ranking factors).
• Tool Proficiency:
  Experience with SEO and backlink analysis tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Majestic, or Google Search Console. Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
