Technical Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Should be able to assist & consult with team members, deliver client presentations after requirement gathering, design, functionality simulations, etc.
• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Ensure proper recording, closure of all issues & reporting
• Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base/ Support Repository
• Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity
• Should have a deep knowledge of SQL , Postgres database and SSIS.

Preferred candidate profile

• omputer's BCA/ B. Tech degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Shift- 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM Indian time
• Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer
• In-depth knowledge of the SQL, postgres database and SSIS.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exposure to Netsuite, nopCommerce, Large ERP , IIS systems will be added advantage
