Roles and Responsibilities
Proficiency in drafting and vetting of various legal documents such as Agreements, Lease Deed, Franchisee Agreement, Letters, Notices etc.
Should appraise on new amendments and legal judgments as per business needs.
Keep, update and maintain records in Legal Caf. and Contract Alert system
Handle work pertaining to Legalization & Vetting of various documents
Ability to take initiative and forward think.
Ensure all updates on cases maintained and all cases are tracked.
Support to internal stakeholders and Liaising with lawyers and govt.
