Account Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with expertise in GST, TDS, ITR, and production-related accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills, the ability to manage financial records accurately, and experience handling accounts in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and ITR regulations.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax Returns (ITR) within deadlines.
• Reconcile GST input and output taxes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and filing of returns.
• Assist in tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits.

Production Accounting:

• Maintain financial records related to production costs, material purchases, labor expenses, and overheads.
• Track inventory, raw material consumption, and production expenses.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure proper cost allocation and budgeting.
• Prepare MIS reports, cost sheets, and variance analysis for production-related financial activities.

General Accounting:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees.
• Maintain accurate ledger entries and financial documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, and other tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Oracle, busy accounting software.
• Experience with costing, budgeting, and production accounts is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
