Role and Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of quality and training professionals. Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
• Quality and Training Strategy: Implement and manage quality and training strategies and processes that align with the companys goals and regulatory requirements. Ensure that Qualityand training activities effectively support product and service quality.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in processes and methodologies. Developand execute plans to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality of financial products and services.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of Quality and training practices. Provide insights and recommendations to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and training. Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on quality and training activities, performance, and risk management to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Customer Focus: Ensure that Quality and training processes and activities are aligned with customer needs and expectations. Address any customer feedback or complaints related to product quality.
Functional Competencies:
o Strong experience in quality assurance methodologies and tools
o Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Solid understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements will bepreferred.
Leadership competencies:
o Leadership qualities to handle, develop & drive large teams.
o Good interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to interact with cross functional teams for bringing synergy.
o Agility & flexibility to drive new initiatives.
o Manage daily tracking, monitoring of teams to ensure performance.
