Job Title: Sales Manager - Warehouse

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets in warehousing services, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

- Identify and actively engage potential clients through various channels, and build a robust client pipeline.

- Understand and analyze customer requirements, pain points, and business needs to offer tailored warehousing solutions that align with their operational goals.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's warehousing services.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns effectively.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

- Proven experience of about 8-10 years in sales, preferably in warehousing or logistics.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development
