We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's business growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into successful partnerships.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills who can take ownership of the sales process and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead Qualification (Inbound).
Assess and qualify incoming leads to determine their potential for conversion.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and align them with our offerings.
Lead Generation (Outbound).
Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking events.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
RFP/RFQ Management.
Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) from potential clients.
Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Lead Nurturing.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with leads to guide them through the sales funnel.
Provide regular follow-ups and personalized communication to keep leads engaged.
Product Demonstration.
Conduct compelling presentations and live product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products or services.
Negotiation Skills.
Develop effective negotiation strategies to ensure win-win outcomes for both the company and the client.
Handle contract discussions and resolve objections efficiently.
Market Analysis.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
Provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Business Strategy.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business development strategies.
Contribute to the creation of annual and quarterly business plans.
Reporting.
Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
Present insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Deal Closure.
Work towards achieving sales targets by successfully closing deals.
Ensure all necessary documentation and agreements are in place post-closure.
Qualifications And Skills Required.
Experience : 2 to 4 years in business development or sales role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
