Job Description.
8-10 years of experience in IT Project Management Experience around Enterprise Solutions ERP, CRM, RPA, Custom Dev (Web, Mobile).
Role Played.
At least 5 years in PM role managing 1-3 engagements simultaneously and a total oversight on a team of 10+ resources.
Has experience in customer facing roles kick-offs, cadence, requirements reviews, design reviews, status reviews.
Experience in a cross section of offeringsERP, CRM, RPA, Custom Dev and servicesimplementation, support, managed services, development.
Expectations.
Hands on with delivery processes and methodologies; a disciplined practitioner.
Demonstrated focus on delivering on SLAs/Metrics pertaining to Schedules, Efforts, Quality.
Bottom line focus and experience in controlling efforts and delivering within budgets.
Ability to work closely with onsite team and customers to help grow Accounts.
Can manage large teams of employees and contractors in a firm, yet benevolent manner while ensuring we deliver to the plan expectations.
Having PMP / Scrum Master certification is a must.
