We are urgently looking out for Sales Manager.
Location : PAN India
Responsibilities:
1. Estabilishing network of information of enquiry through consultants, agents, clients, friends from industry and associate machine manufacturers
2. Establishing new markets and making marketing plans for the same
3. Collecting database for new customers, contacting them, providing them with necessary information, questionnaires, catalogues, technical presentation, commercial offer and all other information required to take a decision
4. Understanding the site situation, feed analysis and all other factors to affect / support the working of the plant. Assessing the client mentality, his requirement , pain point to assist finalisation of project in our favour
5. Identifying important decision makers, influence factors, competition and finding out information about them to be able to finalise
6. Analysing the chances, making ABC analysis of the project focussing on projects which can be finalised and weighing the efforts made on it visa-vis the chances of finalisation
7. Making the proposal based on previous data along with exclusions and inclusions
8. Entering the data in the CRM and providing the MIS to the Marketing manager and the Management
9. Participating in exhibitions, trade fairs, presentations and improving the brand image of the company
10. Follow up for payment, necessary paperwork / forms
11. Interdepartmental meetings after finalisation of new order to give head start to the project
12. Giving the accounts department expected payment schedule to help them prepare the cash flow
13. Supporting the engineer in case there is lack of cooperation from the client side and talking to supportive people within the client organisation and seeking their help.
