Job overview and responsibilities
In the analyst role, you will be responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, crafting user stories, triage issues, facilitate meetings analyze data and/or support functional/user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should be familiar with Agile scrum software development methodologies, have the ability to write great user stories and have a natural analytical way of thinking/problem solving and be able to explain difficult concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Works on one or more projects both moderate to complex projects and manages projects of a limited scope.
    Overseeing a team of 10+ members, managing their daily tasks, including assigning defects and prioritizing them in consultation with business stakeholders.
    Creating visually engaging decks by leveraging data from Jira and other reporting tools, transforming reports into actionable insights.
    working within an agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and efficiently managing daily stand-up meetings.
    Collaborate with external teams to identify and address roadblocks faced by team members, coordinating with them to resolve issues and obtain ETAs for resolution.
    Creating Roadmaps and backlog prioritization.
    Creating and reviewing Business requirement documents.
    Monitor and report team progress and project milestones using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
    Guide the team in adopting agile principles and practices to enhance efficiency and delivery.
    Requires moderate guidance to manage work and time.
  • Assist in planning and design of solutions via requirements gathering.
    Clearly document, communicate and maintain requirements/user stories and solutions and associated analysis.
    Create simple workflow models and process maps based on input from multiple sources.
    Lead and facilitate meetings with Technology and Business Partners to gather needs and requirements, solutions, plans, estimates and troubleshooting.
    Identify and remove road blockers for development team working with external teams if any.
    Prioritize product backlog ensuring business vision.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems or Business Administration
    5+ years of IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
    Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum Master in agile environments.
    Experienced in working within an agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and efficiently managing daily stand-up meetings.
    Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Miro etc.
    Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
    Experience in Agile methodologies.
    Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
    Communication Skills- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication, speaks and writes clearly and understandably at the right level.
    Integrity and Trust - Involves being widely trusted, being seen as a direct, truthful individual, can present the unvarnished truth in an appropriate and helpful manner, keeps confidences, admits mistakes, and doesn t misrepresent him/herself for personal gain.
    Teamwork - Involves working well in a collaborative setting, supporting work team by volunteering for and completing assignments, acting as a positive team member by contributing to discussions, developing, and maintaining both formal and informal relationships enterprise-wide, defines success in terms of the entire team through mentoring and knowledge transfer.
  • Technical Expertise - Involves demonstrating a commitment to increasing knowledge and skills in current technical/functional area, keeping up to date on technical developments, staying informed as to industry practices, knowing how to apply relevant technical processes to appropriate business needs.
    Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship.
    Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
    Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
    Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
Preferred
Strong knowledge of airport operations, passenger journey touchpoints, and airline/airport systems.

Task Management - Delivers quality work on time, translates planning into action by following applicable established procedures or methodologies, proactively monitors and controls task status by collecting and analyzing task data to anticipate and address barriers, appropriately communicates, and resolves or escalates any problems that arise.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum master (PSM).
