Job Description

  • Visiting Mobile outlets, Retail stores of Samsung , Searching new dealers
  • The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and product recommendations.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve products, services, and sales processes.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
