Unit Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Responsible for business development & sales of Health Insurance and Wellness products.
• Recruitment and Training of agents for promotion of health insurance and wellness products.
• Creation of database and list of appointment of agents with customers.
• Provide appropriate advisory to existing and potential clients regarding their Health Plan requirements and existing portfolios .
• To liaison and establish strong networks with sales, underwriting and product teams of Health Insurance companies
• To assist in closure of large deals in retail lines for the location
