Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Power platform or Automation Anywhere A360 to streamline business processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing bots, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Automate ticket handling, workflows, and record management in ServiceNow to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing processes.
- Conduct process assessments and document automation workflows.
- Utilize basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or VBScript) for scripting, data transformation, and custom logic within bots.
- Create reusable scripts to extend automation capabilities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
- Ensure that all automation solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in process automation using Power Automate or Automation Anywhere A360 .
- Proficiency in Python to support advanced automation logic.
- Experience in automating workflows and ticket management in ServiceNow .
- Experience working in SharePoint Form development
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities for handling bot failures and exceptions.
- Ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including PDDs and SDDs.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced Professional
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
