Unistanz Software Pvt Ltd is hiring freshers and application support Executive L1 / IT support having max 1 year of experience for our client which is a leading insurance based MNC.

Client Location - Kurla/ Vidyavihar

Notice period - Immediate to 1 week joiners

Salary in hand - 15k to 20k(Slight increase) with other company benefits which will be discussed.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 (L1) application support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  
• Utilize SQL queries to troubleshoot database-related issues and optimize query performance.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex cases that require additional expertise.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using ticketing tools.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in application support or a related field. Freshers interested in application support and are interested in working in a leading insurance based MNC.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computers and BSC -IT, B.E or any Graduate who has understanding the SQL basic queries.
• Ready for face to face rounds on a weekday
  
• Strong understanding of L1 support processes and procedures would be plus or else training would be provided.
