Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Executives

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Executives with 2+ years of experience to manage invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, and customer account and supplier account management. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in ERP systems.

Role & responsibilities

Accounts Receivables (AR)

• Billing & Invoicing: Process customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Reconciliations: Perform AR ledger and bank reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Collections Management: Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Dispute Resolution: Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues.
• Reporting: Prepare aging reports, AR summaries, and cash flow projections.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to accounting policies and audit requirements.

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Invoice Processing: Verify and process vendor invoices.
• Payment Processing: Initial Payments and ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
• Reconciliations: Perform AP ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Vendor Management: Maintain good relationships with vendors and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Expense Tracking: Monitor expenses and ensure proper cost allocation.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, or Finance.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume transactions.
