Job Description
- 8+ yrs experience in Workday reporting including tools like Prism Analytics;
- Composite, Matrix and Trend report types; Worksheets; Dashboards; and Discovery Boards Collaborate with internal customers to conduct in-depth interviews with subject matter experts to fully understand business needs;translate those business needs into report requirements consistent with Workdays features, functions, and underlying data structures.
- Build and configure moderate to complex reports in Workday, leveraging advanced Workday tools,including Prism Analytics; Composite, Matrix and Trend report types; Worksheets; Dashboards; and Discovery Boards
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reporting processes and dashboards to recommend improvements.
- Identify and address discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Act as a knowledge base for HR reporting and Workday Analytics throughout the organization.
