What we are looking for in our Full Stack Engineer (SDE II):
Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both frontend (Angular, TypeScript) and backend (Python, Django) components of our SaaS platform.
Feature Implementation: Work with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
Performance Optimization: Optimize code and systems for performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and follow best practices for clean, maintainable code.
Collaboration: Work closely with frontend and backend teams to ensure smooth and efficient development and deployment processes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of the technology stack and development processes.
What we expect from you:
2+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
Strong proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with experience in building responsive, scalable web applications.
Proficiency in Python (Django) for building robust backend services and APIs.
Experience with NoSQL and SQL DBs and familiarity with ORM frameworks.
Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Have a knack for launching and iterating on products quickly with quality and efficiency.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Hands-on, self-starter, capable of working independently.
