About the Role:

We re seeking a dynamic and driven Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact by building and maintaining highly scalable and robust product solutions for our SaaS QR Code platform, powering over 120 million scans across the globe for businesses of all sizes. You ll also mentor junior developers, ensuring high-quality code and promoting best practices while contributing to a platform used by businesses worldwide.

What we are looking for in our Fullstack Engineer (SDE 3):

Key Focus Areas:

Development and Collaboration:

Design, implement, test, and improve the scalability of frontend and backend services.

Develop commercial-grade, user-friendly software suitable for a global audience.

Work closely with product managers and engineers to deliver scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions.

Be actively involved in the overall application lifecycle, from planning to deployment and beyond.

Mentorship and Problem-Solving:

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.

Investigate and resolve complex software defects, troubleshoot production issues, and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

Reusable Solutions and Quality:

Build reusable code and libraries to improve development efficiency and scalability.

Plan, create, and execute manual and automated tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Innovation and Non-Functional Requirements:

Stay updated with current and emerging technologies, offering insights on cutting-edge approaches, architectures, and tools.

Ensure that non-functional requirements, such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability, are integrated into architectural solutions.

About You

We re looking for someone who:

Has 4+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years of experience working with JavaScript, Angular, and TypeScript.

Proficiency in Python (Django) for building robust backend services and APIs.

Has a proven track record of building large-scale, scalable enterprise applications from scratch.

Demonstrates strong expertise in architectural patterns and high-level designs.

Has experience with NoSQL and SQL databases.

Experience with AWS/GCP or similar cloud providers

Have a knack for launching and iterating on products quickly with quality and efficiency.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Hands-on, self-starter, capable of working independently.
