Python / Odoo Developer in Pune, Need Immediate Joiner

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in React to join our team. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our clients. Your primary focus will be on implementing and customizing, Odoo-based modules along with our React frontend. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Python, React and other frontend technologies.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements.

Design and develop a React frontend along with Redux and Material.

Write clean, maintainable, and highly performant code using React and related technologies.

Perform code reviews to ensure the quality and adherence to coding standards.

Test and debug software applications to identify and fix defects.

Optimize and fine-tune application performance to ensure optimal user experience.

Document software design, implementation, and maintenance processes.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills.

Proven experience as a React Developer and working in frontend for at least 10 years.

At least 5 years of Python experience.

Keen eye for UX and look and feel.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

In-depth knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, MaterialUI, Redux, JSONRPC etc.).

Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Understanding of relational databases and proficiency in Postgres.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing and deploying scalable web applications.

Knowledge of Superset.

Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies.

Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum.

Experience with warehousing/ordering portal applications.
