• Roles and Responsibilities:
• System Monitoring: Operate and monitor the BMS system to ensure optimal performance of all building systems (HVAC, lighting, security, fire alarm, etc.).
• Data Analysis: Analyze system data and logs to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in building operations.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve faults in the BMS system and related equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Energy Management: Implement energy-saving strategies and ensure efficient use of energy across the facility.
• Reporting: Generate reports on system performance, energy consumption, and any faults or maintenance activities for management.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other teams (electrical, mechanical, security) for system integration and troubleshooting.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system settings, configurations, and any modifications or repairs done on the system.
• Skills Required:
• BMS Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and security systems.
• Technical Expertise: Experience in configuring, programming, and troubleshooting BMS software and hardware.
• Energy Efficiency: Understanding of energy-saving techniques and how to monitor and control building energy use.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in monitoring system performance and identifying potential problems.
