We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager/Manager to lead our technology and automation projects from inception to successful completion. As a key member of our Projects team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and process transformation across key departments, including Fund Management, Research, Operations, Customer Service, and Sales. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Location : Chennai

Experience : 3 to 8 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive technology and process transformation initiatives across departments, including Fund Management, Research, Operations, Customer Service, and Sales.

- Analyze current organizational processes and implement technology-driven solutions for automation and enhanced efficiency.

- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define, document, and execute automation project requirements.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies (AI, RPA, ML, etc.) and provide strategic insights for their implementation.

- Collaborate with vendors to design and deploy tailored automation solutions.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards through robust testing and validation processes.

- Lead software and hardware projects, ensuring compliance with ISO-27001 and ISMS standards.

Desirable Skills:

- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics

- Hands-on experience with AI, RPA, ML, VBA, Java, Python, and other emerging technologies.

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage projects within defined deadlines.
