Job Description
The Business Development Executive will focus on lead generation, client acquisition, and contributing to the company s quarterly and annual sales targets. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients and a results-oriented approach to driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Conducted product demonstrations and delivered persuasive sales presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and close deals.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Meet individual sales targets as part of the team s overall goal.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new leads generated and qualified per month.
- Conversion rate from lead to customer.
- Sales revenue contribution to quarterly and annual targets.
- Number of client meetings and product demonstrations conducted.
- Timely follow-up and customer engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to market trends.
