About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Lead AI Engineer to spearhead our AI initiatives and lead the development of cutting-edge solutions.

In this role, you will lead a team of AI professionals to design, develop, and implement AI models and systems that solve complex real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement the AI vision and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.

- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance.

- Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering innovation and collaboration.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and integrate relevant innovations into our projects.

- Data Management : Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess and analyze large datasets to train AI models effectively.

- Oversee the deployment of AI solutions into production environments and monitor performance.

- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.

- Ethical AI Practices : Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical standards, fairness, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (PhD preferred).

Experience :

- 5+ years in AI/ML engineering roles, with 2+ years in a leadership position.

- Proven experience in deploying scalable AI/ML solutions in production environments.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.

- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.

- Knowledge of big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics).

Soft Skills :

- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and scalability.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and MLOps tools.

- Knowledge of ethical AI principles and regulatory standards.
