Senior executive / Manager - Exports
Reporting to Head - Exports
Objective of the role Responsible for managing sales & operations for the defined geographical
region.
Key Responsibilities • Manage sales pipelines and prioritize strategic sales initiatives to
ensure consistent revenue growth.
• Proactively generate and identify new business opportunities in
international markets.
• Research target markets and identify key prospects, including
distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Conduct cold calling and follow-ups to create a strong pipeline of
potential customers.
• Convert qualified leads into sales by presenting and promoting
FMCG products to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients,
distributors, and partners in international markets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the
companys presence in key international markets.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product
development) to ensure smooth operations and customer
satisfaction.
• Coordinate with export documentation and logistics teams to
