Job Description
- Collaborate with the founding team to develop and execute the business strategy and growth plan.
- Implement growth strategies to boost customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Serve as a liaison between the founders and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment with founders needs.
- Identify and build new business channels to expand the sales funnel and drive more leads.
- Develop and implement marketing growth strategies to enhance business growth.
- Position Ungrammary as a leading UX UI design agency through various marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Analyze and interpret data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Identify and track key performance metrics and report progress to senior management.
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in business, sales, and marketing management.
Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with in-house teams.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
