Job Description

1. Perform Commissioning & Trial run of Kirloskar Pumps supplied to customers site.

2. Attend within Warranty / Out of warranty Pump complaint & AMC work.

3. Prepare Service reports in reference to carried-out activities.

4. Ensure ultimate internal & external customer satisfaction.

5. Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

6. Report after sales opportunities detected during customer visit.

7. Coach junior colleagues on the on-site behaviour, technical activities, troubleshooting & reporting deliverables.

8. Provide technical assistance during and after the warranty period, carry out training & other after sales.

9. Job will involve travel within the Assigned region.
