Sales Counsellor

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls through the IVR system, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Understand client concerns and requirements for skin or hair treatments.
• Provide detailed information about the services offered, aligning them with client needs.
• Analyze and verify the quality of leads received through the IVR system.
• Follow up on warm leads to maximize client engagement and clinic visits.
• Schedule clinic visits based on client needs and service availability.
• Ensure a high rate of conversions from leads to scheduled appointments.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volumes and clinic visit conversions.
• Work to ensure the highest possible number of visits per lead.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an aesthetic clinic or related healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of skin and hair care services and treatments.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed target-based performance metrics.
• Proficiency in managing IVR systems and CRM tools.
