City Operations Manager

You would be responsible for city operations and manage both the demand and supply sides of the business.

Responsibility:

Evaluate new onboarding funnels for driver and user onboarding and own lead conversion % across all channels.

Own user and driver life cycle management for the city.

Strategise and analyse data to improve driver and user retention.

Organize and participate in events to build loyalty, community and promote brand awareness.

Manage field and inhouse teams to ensure city targets are met.

Demonstrate effective multi project handling skills.

Anticipate high demand phases and plan driver availability accordingly.

Anticipate process issues and proactively escalate/suggest solutions.

Identify the training requirements for teams/ drivers and organize/coordinate with marketing to arrange in house/ digital training programs for teams / drivers.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Must be curious, proactive and have solution oriented approach.

Minimum bachelors degree.

5 years experience in driver and sales operations in a team management role.

Analytical & problem-solving skills.
