Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms to drive sales growth.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, production) to deliver exceptional customer service.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for sales performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over phone calls.
  
• Proficiency in using CRM software (HubSpot) for lead tracking and management.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
