Permitting and Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the project complies with all necessary permits, environmental regulations, and building codes.

Resource Management: Managing and allocating resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Budget Management: Creating and monitoring project budgets, controlling costs, and making financial decisions to keep the project within budget.
