Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, including payment processing, vendor payments, and inter branch reconciliations.
  
• Prepare and process invoices, handle TDS calculations, and perform bank reconciliations.
  
• Ensure tax compliance by handling GST returns, TDS filings, and statutory audits.
  
• Conduct stock statements and audit planning to maintain accurate financial records.
  
• Perform TDS reconciliation and ensure timely submission of taxes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in accountancy or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS calculation, and tax compliance.
  
• Proficiency in accounts payable management using ERP systems like SAP or similar tools.
