Junior Electrical Engineer

Role & responsibilities

➢ Maintenance and Trouble Shooting of plant machinery and utitlity equipments

➢ Troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, and AC drives of various make like Siemens and Delta

➢ Maintenance and troubleshooting of drives (Siemens and DELTA).

➢ Maintenance of all electrical equipments, softstartes (MCC, PCC, LT PANELS).

➢ Inspection & periodic maintenance of flow control valves, RTDs pressure transmitter flow switches.

➢ Should have hand experience of control wiring of dol, star delta starter, vfd, PLC, SCADA, HMI, SENSOR, RTD, thermocouple, Temperature controller.

➢ Maintenance of Pressure switch, pressure transmitter, level transmitter, Lvdt, calibration of temperature controller, diode, thyristor, rectifier.

➢ Maintenance of relay, timer, contactor, sensors.

➢ Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic system (All types of valves)

➢ Maintenance of electrical panels like MCC & PCC panels.

➢ Maintenance of Diesel Fire Burner, air compressor, cooling tower, chiller.

➢ Planning and repair schedules of various machines to increase machine up time and long-term equipment reliability.

➢ Identifying areas of obstruct action; breakdowns and

taking corrective steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools.

➢ Ensuring all the machinery work efficiently by conducting timely checks & measures.

➢ Undertake periodic checking & maintenance of electrical machine, panels & switch gears.

➢ Attend breakdowns in plant, identifying problems of equipment that may cause interruption in smooth running of plant

➢ Prepare daily report, remarks & equipment history and Manpower planning & control.

➢ Regular updating of stock of spare materials for electrical maintenance and Preparation of indent for new electrical equipment & monthly electrical expenditure.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have 4 to 9 years' experience in plant machinery maintenance in manufacturing industries.
