Job Description
- Designing electrical power distribution for all types of buildings including service sizing.
- Creation of one-line diagrams and Power device/equipment layouts.
- Designing lighting systems (selection and control) for all types of buildings.
- Designing Fire alarm systems for all types of buildings.
- Design emergency system with generator sizing and emergency equipment selection knowledge of grounding and bonding.
- Able to do load calculation and power calculation.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work alone or with a team.
- Abel to attend the meeting with the client and other project stakeholders.
Job Qualifications:
- Knowledge/experience of fault current calculation and selective coordination for overcurrent protective devices with power software or manual calculations.
- Knowledge of lightning protection systems.
- Knowledge of SLD diagrams, Panel schedules, Lighting fixtures, etc.
- Knowledge of the applicable electrical Codes such as NEC, IEC, NFPA, etc.
- AutoCAD/Revit knowledge required.
- Experience in the Electrical design of Single / Multi-family, Restaurants, Hotel, Retail, office, and warehouse-type projects.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
- Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
- Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
- Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Electrical engineer with 2 to 5 years experience
