Provident Fund Activity Management for RPFC Kukatpally

• Oversee PF & pension management, and release SOPs.
• Coordinate documentation and KYC updates with RPFC.
• Validate PF reports and ensure timely payment processing.
• Implement RPFC amendments and resolve PF-related queries.
• Process death claims and EDLI claims urgently.
• Release monthly MIS reports and maintain physical records.
• Suggest process improvements and handle higher pension cases.

Provident Fund Activity Management for UTCL Trust

• Manage monthly PF/Pension contribution data.
• Handle escalations, validate new joiner details, and ensure fund transfers.
• Monitor MIS and coordinate PF activities with business units.
• Suggest process improvements and manage refundable loans.

National Pension Scheme (NPS) Management for UTCL Employees

• Implement SOPs and process improvements for NPS.
• Manage NSDL portal for new joiners to exits.
• Prepare NPS MIS reports and troubleshoot lifecycle issues.
• Coordinate exit/retirement claims and conduct monthly NPS reconciliations.

Superannuation Scheme Management for UTCL Employees

• Develop process improvements and SOPs for Superannuation Scheme.
• Ensure accurate data submission for LIC code creation.
• Resolve employee issues in the superannuation lifecycle.
• Perform monthly reconciliation and validate payment provision files.

Operational Intervention in EDLI Claims

• Implement SOPs for EDLI claims and manage data submissions.
• Troubleshoot EDLI claim issues and intervene in claim resolutions.

Sodexo Management

• Manage Sodexo ordering and entitlement processes.
• Oversee eligibility and resolve Sodexo queries.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure accurate reporting.

Process Improvements, New Projects & Vendor Management

• Evaluate and improve processes, and manage project implementation.
• Oversee vendor management, compliance, and timely payments.
