Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain office cleanliness, including dust-free desks and common areas.
  
• Perform courier services by receiving, sorting, and delivering mail to employees.
  
• Provide assistance with peon activities such as photocopying, binding, and other administrative tasks.
  
• Ensure pantry operations run smoothly by managing inventory, serving food and beverages to staff members.
  
• Offer support in office maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs or unclogging drains.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in an office setting with a focus on housekeeping and office assistance.
  
• Strong understanding of courier management principles and practices.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues at all levels.
