1. Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.

2. Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.

3. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

4. Record customer information, interactions, and follow-up details in the system.

5. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in tele calling or customer service is not mandatory.
