Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Assembly Fitter / Welder to join our team at Ultraautosonic LLP

As an Assembly Fitter / Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and welding various components to create high-quality ultrasonic equipment

This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and requires a junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical assembly and welding background.

Qualifications And Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly and welding.

Proficiency in welding techniques,

Knowledge of mechanical assembly methods, including drilling, tapping, and grinding.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

Roles And Responsibilities

Assembling components to create ultrasonic equipment using mechanical assembly techniques.

Performing welding tasks to join metal parts and ensure structural integrity.

Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure accurate assembly and welding processes.

Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

Inspecting and testing assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Maintaining and repairing assembly tools and equipment as needed.
