Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage MIS operations, including data analysis, report generation, and presentation.
• Develop and maintain complex reports using Power BI to provide insights on business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements and develop solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports that meet stakeholder expectations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to report generation, data quality, and system errors.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in a similar role within the Insurance industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (BCA or B.Sc).
• Strong skills in Data Analytics, Report Generation, and Power BI.
