Regional Language Professionals - Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam & Kannada

We are looking for a Language Specialist for multiple openings proficient (read, write & speak) in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam to support our content, localization, and translation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality translations, content accuracy, linguistic integrity & content delivery in respective profile across multiple platforms.

1. Content Programming:

Key Responsibilities :

• Formulating the Yearly Content plan for all Ultra Linear channels, based on available content and new content. Creation of monthly and Festive properties for content marketing.
• Preparation of Monthly and Weekly viewership charts in order to meet viewership targets.
• Creating Promo plans and coordinating with Promo and editing teams for promo production and final packaging
• Coordinating with Distribution platforms for promoting thematic channels of Ultra on respective Distribution platforms.
• Make course correction in terms of content distribution strategy based the viewership data

2. Content Writer:

Key Responsibilities :

• Creative enough to write appealing video text to complement the images and videos;
• Rewrite, paraphrase or write content from scratch depending on specific instructions provided in the work order;
• Think up titles for each piece of content keeping appropriateness in check
• Writing and editing engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

3. Graphic Designers:

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop creative concepts for digital platforms, including social media pages, thumbnails, email templates, and website elements.
• Design visually appealing layouts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) to meet client needs.
• Create high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines and messaging.

4. Customer Support:

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure minimum TAT to resolve user queries & complaints via emails, live chats, and call in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam & Kannada.
• Help users with account creation, subscription activation, cancellations, and billing inquiries
• Guide users through new features and updates to ensure they get the most out of the platform.
• Assist users with technical difficulties related to the platform (app navigation, login problems, streaming quality, etc.)
• Maintain and update internal and external knowledge bases with relevant FAQs and troubleshooting guides.

5. Product QA/QC:

Key Responsibilities :

• Knowledge on product QC and QC tools
• Experience in building, integrating and launching Middleware including CMS, DRM, SMS, 3rd party Analytics, Engagement and CRM products.
• Knowledge of OTT market and experience in launching OTT platform with scale will be an advantage.
• Having Product development/management experience is an added advantage.
• Coordinate with external partners for integrations, partnerships, and financial negotiations relating to the development of the product and ensure smooth launch.

Mumbai based candidates preferred.
