Inflight Content Syndication

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute syndication strategies to distribute movies, TV shows, and other content for Inflight Entertainment.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at airline companies and relevant distribution channels.
• License a variety of content for inclusion in the airline entertainment line-up. Negotiate licensing agreements with airlines
• Conduct thorough market research to understand the preferences of airline passengers, identify content demand trends, and assess the competitive landscape.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, legal, and finance) to ensure seamless coordination and execution of syndication agreements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in content distribution, syndication, or licensing, ideally within the airline or entertainment industry. Proven success in building and managing airline partnerships.

Skills & Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of the airline industry and entertainment syndication processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
