Associate Recruiter/Junior Recruiter

Social media platforms for recruitment.
Recruitment analytics tools.

Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends.
Ability to assess portfolios and writing samples.
Knowledge of content creation tools like WordPress, CMS, and SEO tools.

Team Leadership:
Leading the recruitment efforts for digital marketing and content teams.
Mentoring junior recruiters and providing guidance and support.

Monitoring & Reporting:
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate sources, and cost-per-hire.
Regular reporting to the HR Manager on hiring progress and challenges.
Monitor the performance and progress of hired candidates during their initial stages.
