Director - Product Management

As part of our commitment to building a unified platform for all products, we are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead one of our Flex/Platform value streams. This position is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and delivery of solutions for UKG's unified platform, and leading a team of Product Managers in that effort.
The product team and the development teams are distributed across multiple geographies mainly Noida, India and the US East coast.
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build and scale a part of UKGs Flex Platform. Your work will impact both internal and external stakeholders, and the solutions you lead will contribute to all of UKGs strategic intents.
Ideal candidates have experience with developer platforms, enterprise SaaS platforms, and HCM/WFM products.

Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support in product strategy, roadmap development, and execution.
- Product Strategy: Define and execute product strategy, aligning it with UKG's overall platform vision and business objectives.
- Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and UX, to create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that delivers innovative solutions and meets customer needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, to gather feedback, understand customer requirements, and ensure successful product launches. Also, evangelize the platform across the organization.
- Product Performance: Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on the product strategy to optimize customer satisfaction and business impact.
- Industry Thought Leadership and Market Analysis: Keep tabs on industry trends, best practices, competitive information, and emerging technologies in identity and access management, and contribute to thought leadership inside and outside the organization.

NOTE: We work in collaborative hybrid model. Being on site in Lowell 3 days per week is required.
